Server 2016 APPCRASH after migration.

I have a bunch of Windows Server 2016. At one time, I used HASS Workstation Service, then moved to HASS.Agent. I tried to migrate from the 2022 version to 2.1.1. After migrating, the app won't launch at all. I can see it in the task manager for about 1 second, then it vanishes. Event logs show: Fault bucket 2115761831592440898, type 4 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: HASS.Agent.exe P2: 2.1.1.0 P3: 670d0000 P4: KERNELBASE.dll P5: 10.0.14393.7155 P6: 667a3761 P7: e0434352 P8: 0000000000026ea8 P9: P10: Attached files: \?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WER79EA.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml These files may be available here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_HASS.Agent.exe_f863c32a4eaabf4217cf34eda35df16add843c58_b9575b61_113f7d45 Seems to be .NET related. I tried uninstalling all three agents. I deleted the folder in AppData and Program Files. I reinstalled .NET 6 I uninstalled .NET 5 I did a clean install without the satellite.
