Game crashes upon world load in 1.21.5
This is not dependant on sodium or iris. With or without those mods distant horizons causes my game to crash in Windows. I use an AMD RX6600.

You should send your
latest.log file to provide additional useful information.
Logs are usually located in the .minecraft/logs directory.
On Windows: %appdata%\.minecraft\logs
On Linux: ~/.minecraft/logs
On Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/logs
