Problems with chamber heater

Hi all, I have a problem with the pwm-chamber heater with fan, 300W, 24V. At printer.cfg I did everything as recommanded. (see https://os.ratrig.com/docs/configuration/chamber_heater/) When I turn on the heater Ratos shuts down at aroung 60° C, when I want to print with a special chamber temperature it shuts down immideately. "Lost communication with mcu"... The hardware is checked three times. It is ok.
I have the Software, RatOS v2.1.0-RC 2. Anyone here woh has an idea? #chamber heater

Have you followed the ratos update procedure? Start with step 4 here:
1. Flash image
2. Connect to hotspot
3. Setup wifi through configurator (and let it reboot)
4. Go to /config
5. Refresh update manager
6. at this point nothing should be invalid, all green. IF THAT'S NOT THE CASE stop here and post your moonraker.log
7. Update only the RatOS package(NOT configurator).
8. Update RatOS configurator (this takes awhile, if the mainsail output of the update process hangs, let it sit for 10 minutes and then refresh the page, Ctrl+Shift+R)
9. Restart moonraker service (click power icon in the top right of mainsail, click the refresh button next to moonraker under "service controls")
10. Reload mainsail (Ctrol+Shift+R)
11. Refresh update manager
12. "RatOS" should be gone from the list. Everything should be green and have several updates except RatOS configurator (ignore the klipper errors). If it's not, stop here and post your moonraker.log.
13. Click update all.
14. Done.

Yes. Everything is up to date. I did the installation a few weeks ago.

Hi all, is there anyone who can help me?

I don't have a chamber heater, so don't have any direct experience. That error message is saying the raspi can't connect to the octopus, right? Have you tried a different usb cable? Is the chamber heater on 240VAC?

The Chamber heater is on 24V. Ok I will try a different cable. But funny: it worked the last two years perfectly. I got the new cable this morning. But still the same problem. What to do? Is there anybody how knows what to do?

I'm not sure how to check if the octopus is running and its a communication issue, or if the ocotpus is borked
