Paid for a Year plan Upgrade to Business and my plan is still free

Hello everyone

I need help regarding to my play upgrade, i paid 2400 usd/year to a Business plan, got emails confirming the plan upgrade my card was charged and i cannot use Business because still showing as free plan.

I created a ticket but as i am "free plan", incorrectly, i cannot see my ticket at support site, I dont know what to do, can you help me?
