HDR Questions
Heya! so I'm really new to Linux as a whole, and this is my first time trying it out. I saw that KDE finally added support for HDR, and wanted to try it out. The checkbox on KDE settings worked, but whenever I would try to enable HDR in Quake II RTX, it would say something about a surface format not being found. Eventually I found a way to launch the game through Gamescope, which allowed me to turn HDR on ingame, but a big issue cropped u[. Basically, any content that should be HDR gets affected by the SDR Brightness slider in the display config screen. HDR isn't recognized through browsers (Idk if it's just not supported on browsers still, or if it's just not working), HDR content stored on my drive gets affected, and Quake II RTX, the only game I had time to download (downloads were really slow under Bazzite compared to Windows, not sure what's causing that) either wouldn't let me enable it, or through gamescope let me enable it but was affected as if it were SDR. HDR is one of the only things keeping me from using Linux outside of obv issues with games with certain Anticheats, and I really wanted to figure this out
