Request for Support: Unfair Ban on PUBG Account of a Genuine Player

"Hello everyone, I am writing this message on behalf of my close friend whose PUBG Mobile account was recently banned without any valid reason. He has been deeply depressed since this incident happened. We have been trying to reach out to everyone possible for the last two days to get some proper guidance on what we should do next. I have known him personally for over 5 years and I am well aware of his gameplay. He has never used any kind of cheats or hacks, config files, or abusive language in the game, Never purchased uc through any third-party apps or unauthorised source. He has always followed the rules and respected fair gameplay. We were playing together just like any other normal day when suddenly his account got banned for ten years. We were all shocked to see this happen without any prior warning or explanation. Since then, we have tried submitting file claims, sending emails, and contacting support but unfortunately, nothing has worked so far. We strongly believe this ban might have been issued by mistake. If anyone here has faced a similar issue before or knows the right way to resolve this, please guide us. We would be extremely grateful for any help, suggestions, or directions you can provide. Hello, @Visión! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension....
