Random Watchdog Crashes, Unusual Spark Monitoring Issues
Hi all! I'm running a server on a custom forge modpack, but the server keeps hitching at random times, and at worst completely crashes with no traceable mod to be found.
I am completely stumped and have no idea where to start.
I've been looking into spark, but some of the values that I'm seeing here make no sense at all;
* Apparently using ~40GB of memory, despite only allocating 16GB in the server (And our linux stating only 20GB being used)
* MSPT Max is through the roof
* 1.6/1.8TB being used, despite total storage being less than 20GB
* Memory (Swap) at 74.8GB. I don't even know how this one works.
A few things to note;
* We had Alex's Mobs previously before removing it for suspected lag issues. I'm under the belief it made it worse.
* We use CubeCoder's AMP (Debian 12) to run the server via AMP's default Minecraft package.
* The AMP Server was previously limited to a Docker Container, but was deallocated from the container when we moved dedicated servers
* We run our new server with a 7900X CPU with 64GB RAM.
We're seriously scratching our heads over this one. Any help would be fantastic <3

Its showing machine specs, the swap is windows pagefile
This is a spark client profiler, not a profiler of the server
Start the profiler with /spark and not sparkc
how about that
ill test now and edit the link

Garbage Collector not doing its job?
Zgc on java 17 is not a good idea
Only use zgc with java 21+
iirc, we were running on TERMURIN 21, but had the same result either way.
None-the-less, I'll reset the server and put it to 21
Still having some ongoing issues, we've tuned render distance on the server from 10 to 4, and while that's improved, we're still getting hitches

I suspect we'll just need to figure out what mods are failing here
unghhh
