Account Recovery
My account was hacked almost 3 weeks ago. I’ve tried account recovery, the community support form, and contacting PUBG Mobile’s customer service by email, but there has been no progress. My form submissions were rejected. The in-game recovery feature tells me to log in using the device I usually play on, but I haven’t changed my device in nearly 2 years.
I even checked my Facebook account and confirmed that PUBG Mobile is still linked. However, when I try logging in using Facebook, it just creates a new account.
I’ve already submitted screenshots of my UC purchases, screenshots of me playing with friends, and my old lobby showing my previous nicknames.
Is there any solution to help me recover my account?

Each user can can only submit one request, if you submit more than once it will not show up on the sheet anymore. If your request on the sheet got rejected, then you need to reach out to the in-game customer service if you still require assistance
