hwid ban
So i was hwid banned and ive been reading online and people have been saying when its ur first time its only 4 months but on the site it says 1 year.

First hwid ban lasts for 4 months.

But the account that was banned, will remain permanently banned.
Yeah i know, And when the 4 months are done, do i have to make a ticket saying can i be unbanned or wtv or can i just jump straight in on a fresh new account?
Once the ban is lifted, you can start playing again, you won’t need to contact them. Unless if for some reason the ban is not lifted.
Also make sure to reset your pc (reinstall windows) just so you don’t have any left over files that could trigger another hwid ban.

Support should be able to tell you exact date and time
But it’s usually 4 months from the ban date.
What request type would that be?

But then there’s a chance you’d just get a bot response, but some have shared ss of them getting a response regarding the date and time. So just keep your ticket short to the topic of date request.
