Security mode

I switched continents and got a new phone, i dont have access to my old phone number nor the main login platform. I somehow logged in remembering the phone number and password but now when i try to login, this pops up. I cant login anymore and when i file a claim, it says i need a recent device to claim. I LITERALLY GOT A NEW PHONE!
