Strange Visual Artifacts after returning from Desktop

I recently converted my old PC into a Bazzite HTPC, and it works well, but my biggest problem is that, when I return from Desktop mode (when I have to configure EmuDeck etc.) games in Gaming Mode have variable levels of glitchy color artifacts covering the screen. It goes away when sleeping and rewaking, or by restarting the PC, but I would prefer to not have this problem at all.
