To begin with, please try to perform a routine repair of the game from the login page and switch between Cellular and Wi-Fi network.
If the issue persists, please report it via community support form with your numeric user identification, a proper summary and description, and a video recording that can illustrate the issue you have encountered....

This message is a formal clarification regarding my recent VPN usage.
As a player residing in Germany, I’m currently unable to access the same region/server as my close friends who are based in the Middle East (Saudi Arabia and Egypt). This prevents us from joining each other in non-competitive spaces such as the Cheer Park.
To overcome this technical limitation, I used a commercial, premium VPN to temporarily align my region with theirs strictly for social interaction. No ranked matches, no purchases, and no use of third-party modifications were involved.
Please understand that:
• I am fully aware of your Terms of Service.
• I have not altered game data, nor attempted to bypass any security mechanism.
• I did not use the VPN for competitive advantage, exploits, or matchmaking manipulation.
The sole intent was to connect with long-distance friends in a peaceful, non-ranked environment.
For transparency, I am keeping detailed records of my VPN usage and previous conversations with support agents.
I kindly request a written confirmation that this specific usage does not violate your policies, or notification otherwise.
