I got hacked and banned
What is this mean I contact service PUBG mobile and talk About my ban and they answered me with this

To sum up the customer service team's reply, they are asking you to try logging into your account and check if it is still banned or not. If it is still banned then that means your appeal was not accepted. If you can login then that means your appeal was accepted. They also mention that if the system has found the account was involved with certain activities such as cheating (more mentioned on the screenshot), then the ban will not be lifted.
However, logging into your account to check the status is not necessary since your ban appeal submitted through https://pubgmobile.live/support was rejected. Your account will not be unbanned. This is the final decision....
