got hacked and banned
my account got hacked and banned by the hacker action, is there any way to recover my account back? i was on long rest from pubg and suddenly i got banned without playing it?? i assume my account got hacked and the hacker make my account got banned, i really need help cuz i spend sum of money on the game ;-;
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
