My account has been banned by mistake.
I filed a complaint, which included all the information proving my ownership of the account. The complaint was accepted, but suddenly my account was blocked for ten years, on the grounds that I was not the account owner.
Question: What should I do? Do I have to wait three months before filing another complaint, or what?

Hello, @win_gg!
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form.
Where can I find the community support form?
The link was available in my previous message. You can access it through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
I went to the link, answered all the questions, completed all the required steps, and then submitted the application. Now, what should I do?
If your account is banned, you should submit an Appeal request.
Where to apply for an appeal?
Through the community support form.
How long does it take for the company to respond to an email appeal request?
