Hello PUBG Mobile Support Team, my account was blocked by mistake and for no reason on 11/28/2023, ID number [51248902231]. I ask you to manually manage my account and solve this problem at any appropriate time, with all love and respect.
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
