Bed mesh after re-flash and starting over on commissioning guide.
Anyone have any ideas? Please note that the magnetic plate is installed.

Might be that your gantry is bent upwards. Mine was bent downwards and i had a similar bed mesh just inverted. I fixed that by only mounting the gantry with 4 screws. 2 on the outer mounting holes and to right in the center. Had a deviation of 0.3mm so i inserted an 0.25mm blade from a thickness gauge between linear rail and extrusion. That fixed the problem for me. Deviation is now 0.07 across the bed. Give it a try, maybe it works that way
Btw looking at that mesh profile you would need to insert the shims under both sides of the rail
