Severe graphical glitches in some applications after F42 upgrade (AMD)

I am not sure when this began. I cannot rollback to F41 due to this issue: 🛟bazzite-helpproblems rolling back from F42 to F41 so I am unsure if this was a F42 problem or earlier. The problem persists on the earliest stable release for F42, 42.20250417, and the latest.
This issue may be related: 🛟bazzite-help[SOLVED] Graphical Glitches in Desktop Mode (ROG Ally Z1E, version 41.20250409.1) but I do not have that karg set:

I have noticed Anki is affected, which was reported here; my issue is identical: 🛟bazzite-helpAnki dead
I have also noticed a Lutris game, Guild Wars 1, is affected. Therefore I don't believe it is a flatpak issue as claimed in the other thread. Both were fine before I updated Bazzite.
