in this que i used the method of if it was with OH and Cl respectively what i would get but the ans is 1:1 and what i am getting is 2:1 so why isn't my method giving right answer?

Law of equivalents (ig that's what it was called)
Write out the reaction of it splitting into ions and apply that.
i use the method N= n*M so using that can u tell because i dnt get the other methods
