DH Pregen
I'm going to pregen on a dedicated server I have locally, with a AMD 9600x.
I have a bunch of mods, but I'll list the ones in the overworld since those take the longest.
Terralith + Tectonic
Should I change:
numberOfThreads
or
CPU preset
before pregenning?

The CPU Load setting is a preset, which includes the
numberOfThreads setting. I recommend setting the CPU Load setting instead of setting numberOfThreads directly, since it also changes some other performance related settings with itAh, that makes sense it would the numberOfThreads would change directly with the load setting.
Hopefully it doesn't sound too dumb. But would a server have any issues if players are flying around in the overworld with a server view distance of 16? Using an elytra or something possibly faster?
I believe everyone on the server here is recommending setting it to 12.
Doesn't sound dumb at all. It all depends on the specs of your server, how many players are only and more. Best thing to see what works for you, is just testing.
