i have done all the steps that support has told me to do, but the problem still occurs.

the game was working all fine and good until i launched it up on the 26th.04, i queued up for a game, got into a game, played half a round then the Van restriction message showed up, it then kicked me off the game, i try to relaunch but the team had already remade causing me to get penalities. i have tried to enabled hvci but was unable to. i went into my bios to turn on virtualisation security, but it did not work. i had my friend try to log into my account to see if they would get the same issue and they did. but when i tried with my other val account login, the issue did not occur. why is it only on my account and not the game itself. pls help i js wanna play val on my main

Virtualization based security already says not enabled. My memory integrity is nowhere to be seen since i have had to disable it in the bios, whenever i did enable it, none of the riot games would work. it would just tell me to restart my pc, and whenever i did do that it still wouldnt work. and i also have tried to turn on memory integrity while it being enabled on bios, but whenever i restarted my pc, i would toggle itself back to off. never had this issue before. images shown down below

but they basically just called me stupid

bios is stored using a cmos battery
a disc shape battery
and if its dead it wont keep the changes u make
thats different issue the svm gets disabled after a restart he said so its a cmos problem
he gotta replace it
They are able to enable SVM
it auto turns off after restart
when I enable that SVM mode, I get a blue screen saying oops something went wrong and it’ll restart and boot up normally
