The configuration manager has me stuck on "Waiting for DFU...". No options to flash, just waiting.
I've removed all jumpers besides boot and 5v, reset and still no change.

What board are you trying to flash? Show us how it is connected to the PI
I'm trying to flash the v1.1 446 . Here's a picture
What's that Sony brand USB ? Have you tried a different one
That only happens to me if I don't press the DFU buttons properly.
