Battle.net popping non stop errors
I just tried to run Battle.net for the first time and keeps popping these errors on wine non stop.
Can anyone assist me?

Im new to linux, I was just following a tutorial. Its like my first time trying to install battle.net on linux. Should I be usuing proton?

generally, yeah its the preferred method
Wine-GE is rather old now (last release is almost a year ago) and thus might not work correctly. Please follow these instructions on using GE-Proton:
1. Head to the Wine Manager in Heroic, click the "Proton-GE" tab, and install "Proton-GE-Latest"
2. Head to the settings for your game(s) (icon on game card in library). In the "Wine Version" dropdown, select "Proton - Proton-GE-latest"
3. Rename your Wineprefix (path is shown in game settings), e.g. from
current-name to current-name_bak. To clarify: Rename the actual folder on your hard drive, do not change the option in the game settings.
Note: This will make game-specific configuration data (e.g. in-game settings or save files) unavailable. If this is an issue, let us know & we'll help you restore them.correct-apricot•2w ago

that worked to load batle net but not loading my games to install is there an extra setting I need? thx for the help

wine-staging-tkg 10.7
there's a fix that made it into proton 10. anything older won't work.
this is a unique case right now. wine-staging-tkg (or Proton 10) is needed.
but Proton 10 on its own has its own set of issues

All GE builds are older because they are based on Wine/Proton 9
