Stepper X not moving

So I am a little mind blown at this point, When homing, my stepper x does not move. IDEX 400 VC4, dual carriage stepper seems to be moving fine, but when homing or doing anything, stepper X seems like its doesnt even have power. I have tried a new octopus pro 1.1, new 5160T pro drivers in all slots, and a new stepper motor. I don't even know what to look for now. hoping its something on the config side that im just overlooking but havent been able to find anything that stands out. When homing Y, the left toolhead moves inward like it would with not power but the right toolhead stays in place as it should. when homing x, it doesnt do anything at all. been fighting this for over a month thinking it was just bad parts, but everything has been replaced to new at this point so im clueless.
Solution:
Was bad octopro, and some how the 1st new octopro was also bad

One thing i do notice is that on the configurator its showing a Octopus V1.1 F446 even though its configured as a H723, not sure if that could be the problem or not. Tried multiplle drivers that i know work in the slot, as well as 3 different brand new motors in the same slot. Brand new Octo pro as well. stepper buzz works on duall carriage but not x
