for this question i added all the atomic no of the elements and then if it is -ve i added the charge , but the solution used EAN why?

you see the issue with this right? Cu would be +2 for example, but yo uare only adding 29, which would be incorrect. Co is a better example here :D Ah i get wha tyou mean, i think i did the same thign you did haha

EAN is the total number of electrons on cma ig ur not including the electrons coordinated by ligands (cma is central metal atom)
