How to get started with UI/UX to create my own design
Hello, sorry to disturb you all, I want to create special logos/headings etc that I can include in my web pages. I don't really have any designer experience, can someone suggest any tool that I can get started with and try to learn how to use it please.

Bro, if you keep apologizing I’m going to revoke your access to this channel.
People who would be disturbed by your question won’t be coming into the help channel to try to help. Those who do come here want to help. So please stop apologizing. We’re all here to learn and help each other.
It’s like apologizing at the beach for the water being wet!
will stop do that
Much appreciated!
Ok, now that I'm at my computer and not trying to use the mobile app…what exactly are you looking for? Apps to make designs with? Sites to learn from?
I'm not sure if you're looking for tool suggestions or learning resources.
both :c, I'm not a designer (I don't like that) but at some points I'm kind of obstructed due to this skill issue... I don't want to become one of the greatest designer but just know enough to get started with and to create/try to create my own logo/designs
As far as programs go, I use Affinity Designer. It's a one-time purchase of US$69.99 (or you can get the entire Affinity suite of Designer, Publisher, and Photo for a one-time purchase of US$164.99). There's also GMP which is free but a bit more…difficult to use (it's design software made by coders so the design of it isn't the most intuitive). Figma has a pretty good free-tier from the looks of it, so it's a great option for web-based drawing.
I would suggest to not use any Adobe product, as they're tracking your useage, training their AI on what you do, charge a monthly subscription fee, and are a masterclass in deceptive/dark patterns. They throw so many roadblocks in your way if you try to cancel your subscription and, when you finally get to the unsubscribe button, they try to hit you with a several hundred dollar "early cancellation fee". Don't use them ever, ok?
For learning resources, https://www.learnui.design/blog/ is a good starting point. While it focuses on UI design, design is design and the things you learn there can be applied to other designs as well. Figma has a design basics section on their website that has a lot of useful information. And while I don't follow any design teachers, YouTube has a lot. But finding the good is going to be tough. One of the nice things about graphic design (as opposed to web design) is that the basics haven't really changed much, just the tools to do it. So a video from, say, 5 years ago will still be relavent unlike a web dev video from the same time.
Noted, thanks !
