Why do I keep getting put on safety observation?
This is my second time this month of getting banned from playing Metro Royale, I didn't violate any rules that makes the game unfair for other players. Is this a glitch or something?

To keep the game fair, players suspected of cheating will be placed under a Safety Observation period for a more comprehensive security check.
After entering a Safety Observation period, you will face the following restrictions:
1. You may only solo queue Classic Mode in third-person perspective.
2. You will not earn anything from the matches (no achievements and won't be part of ranking calculations).
3. You will also be unable to team up with other players, create your own rooms, join tournaments, spectate, etc.
