Why do I keep getting lockdowns
Recently, I received a 7-day suspension on my account. I tried to appeal it, but it wasn’t possible. However, moving on to the point—after the 7-day suspension, which I believe was unjustified, my account was unblocked. But when I check the ban history in the game, there’s no record of it at all. I’m very curious why I received this suspension.
Today, I ranked up to Crown to play Ultimate Royale with my friends, and suddenly I got a 3-month ban. Once again, I’m surprised why I’m getting this kind of ban. I believe this is unfair because I recently changed my phone, and my gameplay has improved. It’s possible that I received reports during classic matches because I was getting 20-30 kills per game, but it’s strange that I’m being banned for seemingly no reason.
I personally believe this is unjust. I just want to play with my friends, but I can’t because I’m being banned for something I didn’t do. First, there was a 7-day ban, and now it’s a 3-month ban for playing Ultimate Royale—a mode I haven’t even tried on this account.

Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
