Icons-Only Task manager only displaying on secondary screen

I run a dual screen setup and the icons-only task manager is currently only displaying on the non-primary monitor. If I manually disable one of the screens inside the Display Configuration manager, the task manager does not appear on the activated screen.

Currently on Bazzite-DX though it was happening on Bazzite 41 also.
