Game Launch Issue in Heroic Game Launcher

Hello, I'm having problems with Heroic Game Launcher games starting. When I open a game, it starts but doesn't actually open the game. I installed the latest Proton and Proton9-27 and Proton9-18 but it still doesn't work (the game in question is The Plague Tale: Innocence). And I tried to emulate the game on Steam by watching a tutorial (so I don't know if I did everything correctly), and I don't know what to do anymore. My operating system is Zorin based on Ubuntu Video card: AMD RADEON RX 570

To help you, we need a game log. Please see the following images on how to get it.

your available python package is not capable in supporting this function identified in the log. you do not meet the system requirements for Heroic:
Supported OS versions: Ubuntu 22.04 or newer [...]

I'll have to change systems then... What operating system does Heroic support?

Could update to the newest version of zorin, however that is still ancient and barely needs to requirements of a 22.04 base Pretty much any distro that is not more than 5 years old will work. Some may work better than others but for best gaming experience in my opinion you should do something it upgrades it's version every 6 months. A few suggestions but not an all-inclusive list * Fedora * Endeavor (has a little bit of a learning curve since it is essentially arch with a GUI installer, bought less than vanilla Arch * Ubuntu is an option as long as you updated every 6 months and don't ride out the LTS release for two years plus If you absolutely must use an LTS, expect to have issues after the first year where things may stop working and certainly by the end of the second year. In any case you need to upgrade the LTS every two years not every four or six.

Glad you got it working If you want to continue to use zorin, they already regularly run so far behind other distros is very important that you upgrade very soon after the new release. You don't need to do it the day it comes out in fact waiting a week or two to make sure there aren't any release bugs is not a bad idea but since their face already runs behind Ubuntu current lts you need to release so that fewer things will not work
