both quite new members, which is why i noticed after seeing they got a good chunk of xp on the leaderboard
yet were not pup role still
A manual sync might fix it - but ill wait to hear from you before i run it incase you need some more data.
also to confirm - if I do a manual sync it wont remove any previously assigned roles (e.g roles members had previously earned with Probot, but might be just below the threshold for obtaining on Kiai) will it? - e.g its additive roles only.
Yes it will both add and remove roles
Ahh good thing I checked, we dont want people losing roles they had earned under probot as there would be a riot. Ill add a suggestions post to have this as a toggle "additive roles only" or something - for migrators from probot like myself (or people who change rank thresholds after some time of use) that would probably be useful.

Missed auto role assign
Did you find a solution for this? I've got the same problem. It seems that if a member gets enough levels for any given role all in one sitting, it doesnt apply the prerequisite roles but only the top one.
Nope seems to be an ongoing issue, there's is no way on our server they can get enough xp to double role one sitting so I suspect it's just a intermittent issue
I'm just ignoring it, and manually adding the role when the member complains
Not an ideal solution, hopefully whatever is causing this to happen gets resolved

UserID: 151517974543466497 was manually added XP following issues flagged in https://discord.com/channels/744282929684938844/1377580939646992404 which made them go from a few text messages worth of XP to meeting the criteria for our pup role reward, and normal wolf role reward (ranks 1+2) however they did not receive the ranks, and I ended up assigning manually via discords role assign.
This is normal, they would have received the roles on the next level up

Roles Expected: Wolf Pup (lv.10), Normal Wolf (lv.20)
