How to enable Secure Boot.

I have been going in circles trying to figure out how to enable secure boot on my system
I just reinstalled Bazzite because it would seem I had setup MBR on my disk and CSM was on Auto
Here is my MOBO and Secure Boot Settings and the steps I covered using mokutil

MOBO : Asus Maximus viii Hero
CSM : Disabled
TMP : Enabled ( TMP 2.0 )
BIOS ver. : MOBO no longer has updates, last update from 03/18
PK unloaded : the feature shows up as greyed out text and is set to ' Unloaded'
Tried installing default keys and checking Secure boot ( did not work )
Tried appending DB : failed
Tried PK key : No append option

MOK enrolled : Key enrolled from Disk ( I only have 1 disk )
Reboot : Secure boot shows as enabled but greyed out on my BIOS settings
Boot back in to the OS and 'mokutil --db status : secure boot disabled '

Not sure If am doing this correctly but any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure if really need Secure Boot on but, I'm looking at this as a learning opportunity and a challenge.
I spent a good 2 hrs trying to figure this out.
