Completely froze system, wondering if it's safe to turn off with power button

Running bazzite on a desktop with an Intel CPU and nvidia GPU, it was connected to Ethernet and WiFi and I wanted to disconnect the WiFi so I did that through the network icon on the taskbar. Taskbar froze up, which isn't too unusual, so I did Ctrl+Alt+Del and selected Log Off and it kicked me out to tty1.

I put "sudo systemctl reboot" in the terminal to try to reset it. Typed in the password wrong and it asked for my login, so I put my username and password and did "systemctl reboot" again. It thought about it for a minute and then went to the black screen it does on boot with the MSI logo, a spinning circle throbber, and bazzite logo. Let it spin for ten minutes and then did Ctrl+Alt+Sysrq R S E I U B. That did nothing so I did Ctrl+Alt+Sysrq+O and the spinner froze. That was about 10 minutes ago and it still hasn't done anything. Doesn't respond to any keypresses or pushing the power button on the case.

Wondering if it might be safe to hold the power button until it turns off or what my options are now. This case doesn't have a reset button. Thanks for any help ahead of time, I'll probably give it another 10/20 minutes before I hold the power button and pray.
