Pubg Delivered my purchase to wrong account
Hlo from many days i am reporting in Pubg support in game that i made a purchase of prime on 10 may 2025 and it got activated very next minute I purchased prime plus subscription and again money got deducted and (Purchased) popup appeared. But I subscription didn’t get activated. When I click on payment again it says subscription already activated. I am adding all payment proofs and video recording.
Since that day i am using ingame support and at the end of the day they told me according to payment receipt I provided them the subscription was activated to a random UID which I don’t even know.
It’s your fault you deducted my money and send subscription to someone else. I am unsatisfied with in game support because due to limitation of words and video I cannot explain them the whole matter. I request high authorities to involve in this matter and help me because i can’t find anyway other than discord

I am dead bro what pubg did to me they send my subscription to someone else
They are now claiming that random uid I don’t even know got subscription
