Hello, <questions> Cancellation process of file claim mistakely i have done it in scammer mail
I am writing to urgently request the immediate cancellation of an account recovery process that was initiated by the email address [email protected]. This recovery request was added with malicious intent and appears to be a scam designed to compromise my PUBG MOBILE account, which has the ID 5843820682.
Please take immediate action to cancel this unauthorized recovery request to ensure the continued security of my account. Your prompt attention to this critical matter is greatly appreciated. They told me to add their gmail in account file claim and I'm follish i added and they are saying give me money :Loopy: otherwise your account will be mine in 5 days please reject the account file claim and delete [email protected] this mail from my account recovery section . 5843820682 this is in pending please reject it if you accept it I'll loose my account. i have my account but I claimed my account in scammer Gmail please check and cancel it .😭

It is not possible to cancel account recovery requests. You will need to wait for the results.
If the in-game claim submitted with the scammer's email gets approved then you will lose access to your account.
However, if the recovery request submitted through the community support form (https://pubgmobile.live/support) is by you and if it gets approved then you will gain access back to your account....

So, how he tricked you to fill the recovery form? I don’t think so that some random person will come and say you to fill that form. It doesn’t make any sense

This is the community support form, it is different from the in-game recovery tool.

However, if the recovery request submitted through the community support form (https://pubgmobile.live/support) is by you and if it gets approved then you will gain access back to your account.
If the recovery request submitted through the community support form (https://pubgmobile.live/support) gets rejected, then you will have to reach out to the customer service again for assistance. This includes submitting a new recovery request in-game.
Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. If something sounds too good to be true then it probably is. Please do not share any sensitive information with anyone and do not submit account recovery requests for other people again. I hope things will work in your favour!
