i just instal and unistal and instalagain, and my rocket league wen say "press any button to start", i try press and nothing

Hm, that all looks normal. On Windows there's not really anything we can do once the game is launched; it's up to it to just work then
Maybe try enabling EOS overlay? ("Settings" in the sidebar -> "Advanced" -> Make sure "EOS Overlay" is installed & enabled)
