New folder created every time I enter the same server, and it does not recognize the LODs

What DH version are you using?
what server? sounds like the server is sending the wrong dimension IDs

The newest version is way better in distinguishing dimensions

For 2.1 you need to decreased the required dimension similarity option
But it would be better to just use latest DH and not worry about this
