Solution

You have two options:

1. Wait for the results of your account recovery request submitted through https://pubgmobile.live/support. You can check your results from https://pubgmobile.live/status.

If it gets accepted, you will gain access back to your account.

1. Contact the customer service via in-game or by sending an email to service@pubgmobile.com for assistance to recover your account.

Since your account has recently made a successful recovery, the in-game recovery tool will be locked for 3 months. You need to contact the customer service and explain your issue.
