I lost my account.
I have lost my game account access since 22/06/2025 even i have all my social account linked i try to claim in game recovery tool there's already successful claim was reported by someone i request for recovery on support service google forum they changed verifying status to #NA i also reach at customer service support team mail (service@pubgmobile.com) they declined my request due to already successful claim was reported by someone which is not by me i tells them with payment receipt more than a year old they still copy paste the status that a successful claim was reported rest assured.
What can i do that the more however recovery claim was not by me an i request for another appeal opportunity status still the same.
