Game date is stuck?

I made a trade on 14-May, and well over 24 hours ago. It's now 15-May, but my game isn't recognizing that-- my streaks haven't updated, no research stamp, and can't make a special trade. - Restarted app. No change. - Ensured phone date/time were updating. - Force stopped app and reopened. No change. Has anyone had this before? Is there anything else to try? It is a "special" version of the game, if that helps.
