false ban
so at first i was false banned then they unbanned me but now i got banned again cause they said i was cheating and when i appeal all i get back is bots responses telling me to check previous tickets that say literally nothing cause nobody responded

We do these in discord on our own time so it’s hard to prioritize as much as our day job
i opened like 4 or 5 tickets at riot support and all of them got instantly marked as solved without any reply

I can escalate internally but it still takes player support a while to give a response usually
it has been exactly 8 days since i got banned and still no response and marked as solved , so i think they wont response to me at all tbh

i deleted everything that i thought could cause this problem i would appreciate it so much if you were able to do something about it

also i was going to but i knew it was wrong and it was gone from my pc when i launched cause i used malwarebytes to remove it you can check the match history and tickets i had i never played with it on

@Purp all they can do is look up the reason you were banned
they wont unban you
once the decision is made theres nothing thats gonna change
your best bet is changing out your motherboard or whatever part theyre using to keep you hardware banned

Support agent said that someone else accessed ur account and used it maliciously, nothing about u not cheating or anything related to cheats, so they prolly misunderstood or confused
They would've said something that after a review of ur account they confirmed that u didn't cheat or something

they said it was malicious and with the help of my message they realized it was me in the range and unbanned me after the matter of that
then every other support after that refers me to the previous ticket which has 0 help
not even a live agent to tell me i cant get unbanned just some bot saying refer to previous tickets of the blitzcrank bot saying absolutely nothing
