Account hacked

My account was hacked on May 15. I received a password reset message in my email which was linked as a 3rd link, and a few minutes later, I got a notification that my account was logged in from a new device. Shortly after that, I saw that my email was removed from the account. I tried to log in with my Twitter, but I couldn’t do that either. I kept trying throughout the day, but I still couldn’t log in. The next day, when I checked again, I found that there was no account connected to my Twitter. I’m confused about how they were able to unlink Twitter without having access to my device for at least 15 days. I still have all my UC purchase receipts and other information in my old Gmail account. I tried to recover my account using my regular device, but it didn’t work, and trying from another phone wasn’t successful either. I want to know how I can claim my account back and how to prevent this from happening again. I have all the important messages and login details in my old Gmail. Can anyone help me figure out how to recover my account?
