Sync changes to production with multi organisation: environment not found

Hello @Pawan Jain , I have a followup question about my latest post (Unable to create Workflows in Production environment via API).
I have this scenario:
  • Novu version 2.1.1
  • I have one Admin user and created one first organisation (e.g. Organisation1)
  • With the same Admin user, I created multiple organisations (e.g. Organisation2, Organisation3 etc.).
  • For each Organisation, I created a Notification Group and a Workflow in Development environment.
When I go to the /changes page, I can see the Notification Group, the Workflow and also a "Default Layout" ready to be sync to production, for all the Organisations created. I can successfully sync the Notification Group and the Default Layout, but when I try to sync the Workflow I get an error "Environment XYZ not found", where XYZ is the ID of the Production environment for that Organisation.
Everything works fine if I sync the changes for the first Organisation that I created.
Could you please advise?
