Unable to "Add more storage" in Cloudflare Images (only 1% storage left, Urgent help needed)

Every time I try to add more storage and click Purchase, bunch of errors pop up -

- "An error occurred while upgrading your subscription. Please contact deannalam@cloudflare.com"
- "Internal Server Error"
- "There was an error enabling Images"

I emailed the person with the email address in the error message 2-3 days ago and no reply yet.
Moreover, I created support cases 2 days ago and no resolution and reply yet and a cherry on top is that I am unable to access "My Activities" page on support portal and this page pops up - "Cannot locate dashboard account" (https://developers.cloudflare.com/support/account-management-billing/cannot-locate-dashboard-account/?ErrorCode=41&ErrorDescription=Execution+error&ErrorDetails=DML%3AInsert+failed.+First+exception+on+row+0%3B+first+error%3A+UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION%2C+portal+account+owner+must+have+a+role%3A+%5B%5D)
