Guys i have a problem with my account which was hacked and when i tried using the in game customer service it didnt work so please help me

guys my account isnt hacked but i cant get it back i dont know why i have first gmail and when i try log in it just doesnt and when i try log in gmail it doesnt send verif code and i did try get recover but i cant recover because my phone is not regular how im gonna recover my account and log in?
