Recovering old stolen account.

Hi, I’ve been away from pubg for a few years recently I’ve decided that I want to start back pubg but I realised my account has been stolen for quite some time. I tried the customer service in app but it’s not working. Is there any live chat service that I can contact to get help recovering my account ?
