Recovering a hacked or stolen account back.

My account (5407735614) was stolen 1-2 years ago. I still have limited access via Google Play login, but the hacker controls all other verification methods (email/phone).
I can provide:
UC purchase receipts might be hard but i will try but still I remember the exact date and amount of UC i have purchased.
Screenshots of account details (player ID, clan, linked logins) and screenshots and videos of that account when i used to play.(I even remember the date i got the glacier m416 skin for the third time)
Device history & first and used devices.
I cannot unlink hacker’s methods (OTP goes to them).
I risk losing last access via Google Play.
Request:
Freeze the account immediately.
I can provide proof and stuff. I tried to apply for a ticket in-game but it says regular device so not possibe. I spent more than 200$ for the glacier max and hellcat skin and couldn't even taste it, just after a month it got stolen.
The reason i am trying to recover this late is because i thought they might have unlinked my google play but they didn't and I found out about it very late.
