Log in issues
Over the past few weeks I have made a few changes to my pc. I am not using the game mode so my pc should launch into the kde login screen every time. I have under the menu settings>system>session, deselected the ask for confirmation on shutdown, restart, and logout. I also noticed at some point that I was not having to log in, so I went into the login screen (sddm) menu and deselected the automatically log in box from the behavior menu (this was not happening before, I am not sure why this changed).
The issue I am having now is whenever I start my pc after shutdown, I am brought to the login screen with the background, but no box to type in the password to log in. In fact, it seems like none of my usb devices are recognized on this initial startup. Keyboard presses are unresponsive and the mouse does not show up. The only way I have been proceeding is restarting the pc, and then everything works as expected.
