"Request denied. Please submit your request from a device you use regularly. (3040004)"
My device was reset. I lost access. Please help with manual review.

Please forward this to PUBG MOBILE Security Team.I submitted a successful account recovery form on February 15, 2025.
Then, on February 24, my phone was reset (factory reset).
From March 8 to March 27, I logged in and used the account on my personal device.
However, on March 27, 2025, my account was stolen and I lost access.
After that, I noticed unusual activity and changes that I didn’t make.
My actual phone model is Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but in the system it shows as Xiaomi Redmi 10X 4G — this is how the device is identified in PUBG records.
I can also provide purchase receipts, previous emails, and other information to prove ownership.

Will they help me? Or will they refund my account directly?
They will instruct you on how you can recover your account.

You can only submit one recovery request per account through the community support form.
