Help with commisioning

Everything seems to be working. endstops, Beacon lights up when close to bed manually, etc. I run the BEACON_RATOS_CALIBRATE and the bed moved up a bit, and it shuts down with the Klipper reports: SHUTDOWN Internal error on command:"G28" Once the underlying issue is corrected, etc. I cant figure this out for the life of me. Please if someone has some direction, that would be amazing! Thanks a ton!
Solution:
Ok so I did a full reinstall of RatOS and flashed all boards and updated in correct order and bam!!! It’s working properly!!! Something must have happened in the first install somehow. Thanks for your time and attempt to help. It is very much appreciated!

Try sshing in and run ratos doctor

I did not know this existed. I will look into this. Thank you kindly! So I tried the doctor and it ran fine. No issues. Every time I run anything that has to do with movement, it shuts down. Time the initial beacon setup or even m18 shuts it down. SET_CENTER_KINEMATIC_POSITION also shuts it down. I am at a loss at this point.

several others have had this issue. I can't recall the resolution but I'd run through the configurator again, making sure to select your type of machine (corexy, hybrid, idex) for each section, and that you haven't missed anyting. A lot of users have skipped steps accidentally

I ran through the configuration many times just to be sure of exactly that. Not missing anything. I even reflashed my octopus and toolhead boards. Still to no avail. I am wondering if I have to reinstall ratos on the pi from scratch again. Ughhhhh…. I am so anxious to get this going. I took soooo much time going over everything and making sure everything was perfectly square and all. I really cannot figure this one out. Every time I run any command to move anything, it shuts down. Except for z buzz. Those work. But buzz y or x, no go. Oh and here’s another one as well that’s strange. Every time I save and restart in the printer.cfg, it shuts down and makes me hit firmware restart. Says internal problem with “restart” etc…. I am thinking that a fresh install of ratos may def be my only choice.
